Taking Volkswagen models as an example, this training equipment consists of two parts: electronically controlled gasoline engine assembly and turning stand. It can adapt to connection and fixing methods of various engines. The platform can be used independently; disassembly & assembly and control system do not interfere with each other. It supports 360° positioning at any angle for disassembly and assembly. It fully meets the whole-process requirements of engine disassembly, reassembly, commissioning and inspection, as well as training on vehicle structure and working principles. Suitable for secondary vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges and training institutions for automobile engine maintenance practical teaching.

Built with real electronically controlled gasoline engine assembly, it can intuitively display the overall structure and components of the electronically controlled engine.

The turning stand adopts worm and worm gear reduction mechanism and can be used independently. Disassembly-assembly operation and control system will not interfere mutually. It can be locked at any angle within 360° for disassembly and assembly work.

The bottom of the turning stand is equipped with full-coverage oil receiving tray for storing tools and waste liquid.

The whole frame is welded with steel structure with anti-static coating on surface. Key structural parts are processed by laser cutting and CNC machining to guarantee high overall strength, good precision and excellent durability.
